ESSENCE
Have you been curious about making and using flower essences but unsure about if you are making or using them right? Do they feel powerful when you use other people’s essences but you can’t seem to find that zing when you make your own? Do you start making them but lack follow through, commitment or a sense of purpose?
I have been making flower essences for myself and others since 2007. Although at first I thought I would make them just for myself it was my very wise cat Camille, who said they were for more than just me. It was other people’s enthusiasm and feedback that helped me see how valuable they actually were. In the end, I felt that trying to make a business out of selling flower essences was NOT how I wanted to spend my time and energy, and Canada’s regulations make it difficult anyway, I still find that they are some of the most powerful medicines in the world for personal transformation. I’ve realized this year that even though selling essences isn’t my forte, teaching is! And I can share my stories and techniques and resources with you so that you can make these potent angels for yourself.
Remember, this class is for personal healing and transformation for yourself and your friends, not how to run a flower essence business which is too regulated and Canada anyway and actually not the fun part!
Witch Wound Healing Circle
Welcome to this year’s Witch Wound Healing Circle. This 8 week class is composed of weekly Monday night Zoom meetings, prerecorded videos, and a private Facebook group.
We will be exploring the themes of the intergenerational trauma set up in the burning times of Europe, where innocent men and women were persecuted for their beauty, healing gifts, wealth, status, poverty, or weirdness. Our miraculous human powers are coming back up into our beings to be expressed, but often they are blocked by the wounds incurred from our ancestors and soul incarnations. They show up in our own lives as fears, resistance, illness, or forms of rejection and betrayal. There are so many ways that these living stories can play out in our lives.
I have found from years of practice and teaching this work that the tarot pairs well with the witch wound, it’s almost like the tarot was made for healing this particular form of societal trauma. We will be using the Rider Waite deck for this class or an equivalent. Please contact me for good recommendations. You do not need to know how to use it as we will be working with it in a different way.
Set up: Our first night begins with ceremony to open up a portal of healing and care, which will hold us in a protective circle for the full 8 weeks. The first 5 weeks will be spent addressing the burdens and histories of our ancestors and how we are still suffering their stories. Then after Christmas in the new year, we will be focusing on co-creating a new life with the true gifts that are ours to bring forth.
This is a class of passion and purpose, taught in a way that is kind and compassionate. I know how horrible the witch wound can be, and I know it must be felt and healed in order for us to fully flourish.

This 12 month course will consist of
-weekly pre-recorded video teachings,
-monthly live zoom calls,(Saturday or Sunday) first one June 23 10AM – 12:30ish Atlantic time
-Monthly Wednesday evening check in zoom chat -supplementary pdfs,

~You will be diving deep into sacred practices to help you become more present, alive, and intentional with your earth based spirituality.
~You will learn shamanic methods and techniques that I have developed from my over 20 years of training and practicing in core shamanism, yoga, Ayurveda, Breathwork, herbalism, astrology, and energy healing.
~I will be teaching you traditional shamanic healing methods so you can begin practicing on yourself and friends, as well as earth practices to help you become more integrated and aligned with the ground on which you live.

I’m very excited to be offering this full year practitioner training online. Although I will miss the intimacy of a small in person group, I have also found that so many people could benefit from these practices that can’t always make a live class. So if you are one of those people with an inconsistent work schedule, small children, or just don’t have the time/energy to make a monthly class in person for what ever reason, this could be perfect for you. As well, this class is for those who live outside Nova Scotia and would still like to train with me and the wonderful people with whom I am blessed to teach.
A good solid journey practice is needed. If you would like to join, but have not done any kind of basic shamanic training, please take my pre-recorded training. I will send you the link.
This class is for serious students. Shamanism is a practice that must be practiced! If you would like to develop your skills but are unsure if you are ready for more intense training, you may want to take some of my shorter month long classes throughout the year, or come to a live event.
